"I've stayed at this hotel a few times and each time it gets better very comfortable room and bed with full facilities and ideal for families, there is a lovely bar to stay in or side plenty of parking great breakfast and a very friendly front desk staff and it is very close to the town centre and all the shops and supermarket "

"We were initially given a small room, which was noisy (being the lowest level, next to the tram), and no view. I asked if i were possible for the Expedia VIP upgrade, but were told the hotel has no arrangement with Expedia (so no cocktail either!) We did get changed to a better room, but had to wait for it to be cleaned etc and basically wasted the afternoon. Not really a pleasant or welcoming experience "

"The hotel was nice, with lovely architecture (I loved the inside stairs; US hotels frequently have hideous utilitarian staircases). The bathroom in our room didn’t have a lot of counter space, and there are 5 steps up from the street which were a bit of a struggle with my suitcase, but otherwise, it was very nice, with a pretty view (and a flower box) out the window. The breakfast was lavish and varied, with dessert foods as well as more usual breakfast fare. "

"First, the woman who checked us in was SO friendly and helpful. Lovely person. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi fast and reliable. Samsung TV was easy to navigate. Very happy about the strict no smoking policy! Hotel is fresh and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great wine and a delicious, perfection cooked bacon cheddar burger. So good! Comfortable night sleep, quiet room. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Many options. Parking is easy, secure and free....

"Perfect city centre location, can walk everywhere you need to go. Property is extremely spacious and clean. We stayed 5 nights so was good to have fully equipped kitchen. There is also Netflix on tv for those that need to quarantine for part of their stay. Property manager very responsive when we messaged about check in. We have now stayed in this property twice and would return again. The only small downside was we could never get the water for the shower hot enough so maybe some more...
