"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der check-in unkompliziert. Das Frühstück kann man von einer Karte auswählen und es wird frisch zubereitet. Die Temperatur draussen war winterlich-kalt, aber in meinem Zimmer war es kuschelig warm. Mir hat auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gefallen, war angenehm zu duschen. Leider gibt’s keinen Duschvorhang, weswegen ich die Dusche nicht entspannt geniessen konnte, weil ich aufpassen wollte, nicht alles nass zu spritzen. Bei der Zimmereinrichtung hat man...

"- great food - very bad smell in the room from the bathroom - no view , extremely small window "

"Rubbish pillows, gave my hair a bad smell, one pillowcase yellow dirt, cheap quality beddings, entire room, even clean, had a persistent cigarette smoke smell. even with opened window I've barely been able to breathe. The quality of room not reflected in the price. Waking up early in the morning I could't wait to leave. I would;ve said a fair price woud be no more than £10."

"The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet. We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us. We percusaded them to change room for a room with...
