"部屋にバスタオルバスマットなどのタオル類が一切、用意されていませんでした。部屋にある電話機は受付につながらないため、フロントがあるロビーまで行き、タオルの用意を依頼しました。その後、バスタオルは1枚しか用意されませんでした。いつもはバスタオルは2枚用意されています。1枚しか支給されていないのに、チェックアウト後にホテルから、「バスタオルが1枚しかないが、持って帰ったのではないか｝というメッセージが届きました。自分たちのサービスの落ち度があったのに、お客にそのような言葉を言うのは失礼でとても不愉快になりました。またポットは壊れていて電源が入らない。その後交換してもらいましたが、その対応も30分以上待たされました。バスルームは排水溝の匂いがして清潔ではありませんでした。このホテルは多く利用していましたが、今回はとても残念なサービスでした"

"This hotel is new and very clean. But some staff can't speak English. And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. "

"Selimutnya ada yang bolong, meski bersih tp jd pertanyaan. Exhaust toilet keesokan harinya mendadak berisik. Bagian front desk kurang cekatan, sekuriti di lobby jg sering menghilang... Menu makanannya ala kadarnya, beberapa menu justru mudah ditemukan yg lebih enak dikuar sana. Apakah ini kondisi new normal ? Overall cukup puas dg pengalaman menginap disini."

"We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)"
