"We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. ..."

"Thank you for a great stay in Whangamata. We found this property a really cool bach, with everything our family needed. It was clean, tidy, well-equipped and comfortable. It was also safe for our young family and dog.Great communication and flexibility by the owner too.Thank you!"

"Property was clean. Host did a great work in providing all the essentials. Everything was well labelled. Given the setting and being slightly away from shops a bbq would have been a nice addition."
