"We really enjoyed the pool especially with the heat wave. However it was especially hot in the house and additional fans or ceiling fans would have been welcomed in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery etc….Coffee machines were a plus. (The only problem we encountered is the fact that the property manager sent us a lease contract, which was a bit confusing, since we were dealing with VRBO. On that contract it mentioned that the balance...

The staff and owners were brilliant and catered for our every need, nothing was too much trouble. and then it came to the food... "If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. It is also a winery and had some bottles of their terrific wines. "

Und spätestens dabei fängt das "Abenteuer" Urlaub an....

"Location is lovely, very isolated though, so you need a car. No restaurant or even breakfast facilities within less than 3 to 5 km. Great kitchen in the apartment. Perfect when traveling with a dog: you can walk them easily between the fields. Just bear in mind there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Wifi did work so-so. TV did not work and they did not come to fix it despite saying they would. Limited number of power plugs. Lovely beach and free dog beach 15 minute drive away."

Very clean and nice rooms, wonderful swimming pool among cypresses and pines, excellent breakfast in the garden,… a perfect stay. Francesco and Helena were very welcoming (homemade pizza at our arrival), and gave us good advice about the places to visit. A perfect stay."

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. "The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."
