"We've walked past the Sonesta Inn snd always wanted to stay there - now we have and it was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant. The guests are drinking booze in broad daylight. The staff are poorly trained and dressed. The fittings inside the room are old and cranky....
