"My son was visiting for the holidays and stayed here, it was exceptionally clean, better than the pictures and a perfect spot for a person or couple. They had water and snacks, shower needs covered, a washer and dryer and very private. We definitely recommend!"

"Very comfortable apartment, quiet neighborhood, responsive host. Front steps are a bit steep and uneven but manageable. Street parking is a little tight. Only items i couldn't find were dust pan and dish soap. This was my first time in an air b&b, would be happy to stay here again."

The owners were very responsive on the day of checkin but I did expect a sheet of instructions inside the apartment that would detail the rules of the house, WiFi login and any cleaning rules. "Went to Dayton to visit my kids at UD. Cozy corner was so close to campus ~1 mile . Place was clean, fully equipped and outfitted with spices and coffee. Close to restaurants in Oregon district. Talk to host who came over to meet me and show where parking was (back entry to Vrbo)"

"Honestly the most luxurious loft I’ve ever stayed in, let alone seen. Its very nice, just be careful when you open up the shower door, DO NOT open it too fast, I can see where people in the past have hit the plastic plate on the roof and cracked it but it is totally fine and works. Other than the shower being a little too small and there not being a washing machine or dryer or grill the loft was amazing and my wife and I kept saying that we could live there with no complaints"

"Went on a somewhat last minute trip to visit family in Ohio. Host was so pleasant even though I booked with so little notice. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. I was worried that it was in such a populated area and right next to a major road, but the area was really nice and within walking distance to a cool outdoor mall.
