"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "An unusual and wonderful experience! This hotel is built into the walls of a 16th century castle and offers magnificent views and excellent food. Huge portions! The owner and his staff are very welcoming and provide true oriental hospitality.
