"The hotel was the same as the pictures on their website. The room we had on the third floor was excellent with a nice size refrigerator and freezer which we used only to store some wine, water and I made some ice just because there was an ice tray. The hotel had a very convenient large ice machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part ,we had some miscommunication issues with the staff replenishing the coffee in the room but they made up for it by giving us some extra. It was no big deal. Only other issue was that when we went to lunch the first few days at the very convenient beach side restaurant the staff kept asking us if we had reservations even though the restaurant was never fully occupied. We then said we would like a reservation every day for lunch and the issue ended. The restaurant had many tables available every day so I’m not sure why they made such a requirement. The breakfast was a nice meal with a great view. Very relaxing way to start the day. There are many restaurants (8 or 9) for dinner a short walk from the hotel as well as a two small grocery stores which also sell wine and spirits, a good pizzeria ,ice cream shop, bakery and deli. Everything you would need plus a beautiful beach."

"Immaculate 3 bedroom retreat with warm plunge pool and pool table. Close to lovely beaches and amazing french dining. Need a car but the slight remote location is very private and in tune with nature. Host is amazing qith her communication, suggestions and amentities stocking everything needed for a home away from home from bandages to new gas for grill"

"Talk about paradise! Villa Pinel is a great house in an amazing location. The views were gorgeous. Kids loved the pool! We were able to hop in kayaks and explore. We also loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill."

"Beautiful property in a very convenient location for Pinel Island, Grand Case, and Orient Bay. The pool with chairs and an umbrella and covered outdoor area with sitting area and fans allowed us to really enjoy relaxing outside. The amazing views from all the rooms in this property were wonderful. The rental company 40Weeks was very helpful and made the checkin and checkout process seamless. We will definitely consider staying here again. "

"We had a wonderful vacation staying at Casa Victoire last week. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have ever needed. Very well thought out! The pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of Pinel Island and the indoor / outdoor living area was spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. House is located in between Orient Beach and Grand Case- really couldn’t ask for a better location or property! Lastly, Maly was fantastic with her communication before, during and after our trip! We will definitely look to book here again for our next trip to St Martin!"
