"It was a lovely room, very clean and tidy. Everything is within a short walk and the golf course was directly behind us so very handy. The room was great, spacious. The beds were comfy and the gorgeous poodle at reception was the best! The only issue we had was the 'art' on the tv took forever to turn off and kept us awake for a while. We worked out hosw to fix it eventually. Otherwise a great stay for 2 nights. "

"I stayed here for a solo fishing trip and it was perfect for that. The place is original 70s and simple but very clean, has a great boat parking area with wash down facilities. Also has fish filleting tables, freezers etc. The managers are very friendly and happy to share their extensive local fishing knowledge. I'll be back!"

"Our room was disappointing. The decor is very tired and was very dirty and worn. Merivale should be embarrassed to have it in their stable in its current state. It is in a great place and a renovation would make this a great place to stay, until this happens there are many better options in Narooma."

"there was no light at the motel entrance. It was disficult to locate the property in the dark. The room with cockroaches crawling around. The WiFi is bad. The owner said that we haven't booked the place and the cleaner threw all the food we kept in the fridge without checking my booking properly first. Although the owner bought back some food for us but we still lost some yummy food. This was a bad experience."
