"When we arrived we had a lovely warm welcome by Pam. Pam showed us our room we were staying in which was on the ground floor as I have difficulty with walking. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. It is close to great restaurants and pubs and shopping. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast and great service. "Quirky, slightly chaotic DIY guest house converted from an Edwardian pub. Once we got used to the self-service breakfast in the communal dining room, we found it a really comfortable stay. "This was a lovely property to stay for a visit to the Christmas event to Blenheim Palace. Parking was on the street pottage which you can pay via Ringo. Unfortunately it was for a limited time and so you can't pay to leave it there all day. Nice breakfast, included in the price. Room was large, beds really comfortable and very quiet. Would stay again. "

"I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. Delicious cooked breakfast of any version of a Traditional English you prefer, plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices....

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got the third level room and it was nice and served its purpose. My only complaint with the room was that the bathroom absolutely reeked of mold. Other than that, the location was great, very walkable, and we enjoyed our stay (other than the terrible mold smell). "

"First of all, this property overlooks gorgeous meadows, and in the morning you’ll wake up to birdsong and golden hour (there are blackout curtains though, should you need them). I saw so many varieties of birds, I almost bought a birding guide just for my stay. My favorite were the magpies.
