"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used. "Clean & tidy property in small village centrally located to see the island. Large comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. To make this property better for UK visitors a Smart TV with Apps, Netflix, catch up programmes plus streaming would be best. The only programmes are all in German. Felt the terrace would benefit from a roof covering."

"Signor Gonzalo was extremely responsive when I was booking this property, answering all my questions promptly and clearly. As we were arriving late he offered that we could even send a shopping list. The lady who met us at the property, Inma, was very helpful and showed us around. I had mentioned to Gonzalo that my Spanish wasn’t great so she brought with her an English speaking companion too. She had done a great job with our shopping list.
