"Very relaxed, family friendly "agriturismo" - Italian for "farmhouse". Clean, nice pool, including kids pool for the little ones. Family-run property, offering a good breakfast in the morning and a vwry affordable restaurant service every evening. Parking available and free to use for guests. It's quite close to the sea (20 minutes by car) and not too distant from Matera (40 minutes) and the abandoned village of Craco. We had a little problem for our two-year old daughter and the owners went out...

"Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

"Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

"Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen."

"What a delightful gem! The views from the terrace were lovely. The interior of the home was stylish and cozy. It was clean, plenty of cookware and dishes. All appliances worked. Helpful hint: Follow the pin that is sent by the hosts. We didn’t do that at first and had to backtrack a bit. "

"Wir hatten ein Tag vor Antritt den Aufenthalt gebucht und die Nachricht vom Inhaber erhalten, dass dies zu kurzfristig sei und er dies nicht akzeptieren kann. Daraufhin folgte von uns die Antwort, dass bitte nichts verbucht werden soll, da kein Aufenthalt somit zu Stande kommt. Auf der Kreditkarte ist der Aufenthalt verbucht worden, obwohl dieser nicht stattfand! Wir können Fewo absolut nicht empfehlen, da die Kommunikation zwischen Inhaber und Vermittler nicht besteht! Ausserdem werden Daten...

"La villetta è vicinissima all'area divertimento del villaggio (parco giochi, ristorante, campetti, piscina, teatro, etc.), mentre dista un po' dal mare, al quale comunque si arriva facilmente grazie alla frequente corriera (che non è stata mai affollata). Gli spazi sono ampi per un soggiorno di tre persone (coniugi e figlia). Efficienti e funzionali quasi tutti gli elettrodomestici: boiler, frigo, forno e lavatrice. "Immobile veramente molto confortevole e funzionale. Lo spazio esterno molto ampio e rilassante. Piccole problematiche nella gestione dell'immobile, che si sono risolte al telefono con il proprietario che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto. La struttura di Marinagri è veramente molto bella, purtroppo poco sfruttata e con pochissimi servizi, occorre sempre andare a Policoro o altrove per spesa o altro. Il mare vicino a casa raggiungibile a piedi è molto simile ad altri posti raggiungibili in auto....

"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...
