"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. "Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"The cottage was in a lovely quiet location. It was very cosy. You felt right at home as soon as you walked through the door. Everything was very clean and tidy and well presented. "It has been now four weeks that I've been trying to wrestle back the deposit. They won't refund it to the credit card. They won't pay it into a bank account identified by IBAN/BIC.
