"My fiancee and I only stayed one night at Chateau de La Riviere, and I wish we had stayed longer. Communications with Alice, one of our hosts, were clear and easy. Upon arrival, we were told that we were the only ones staying that night! This made it feel like a fairy tale - a chateau all to ourselves! "Andre and Nicholas are amazing hosts, the room(s) - we stayed on two occasions, on our way to our friends and on the way back- are exquisitely furnished, excellent facilities, superb breakfasts and just a truly amazing place to be. Slightly off the beaten track which is a benefit in itself, so quiet and amazing stars at night. Andre booked us a table at a local restaurant and that was excellent as well. Absolutely no hesitation in saying it was one of the best overnight stays we have ever had...

"Notre séjour dans ce gite s'est très bien passé. Il permet d’accueillir de nombreuses familles pour se retrouver le temps d'un WE. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment et les propriétaires sont très accueillant même si le gite, vu sa grande taille, est un peu froid pour l'hiver. La vue sur le château et le parc sont très sympas."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."
