This five-bedroom home in Oceanside has it all! With a private hot tub, plenty of space, and fantastic ocean views, you may never want to leave.

Perched on a hill on the south end of small and quiet Oceanside, this home is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. Easy beach access is about a mile away at the Oceanside Beach Recreation Site, so you can spend your days hunting for sand dollars, jogging along the beach, and watching for whales. Oceanside itself has a few eateries (including the amazing Roseanna's Cafe), but for more options you can drive five minutes into Netarts or 15 into the larger Tillamook.

The upper level of this home is the main living area, which means you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the large windows. Have a seat in the living room, use the full kitchen to prepare tasty meals, or walk out onto the large ocean-facing deck to admire the scenery. Here you will also have a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi access, and board games available, so nobody will be bored!

With five bedrooms (two of them master-style with attached bathrooms) and four bathrooms, this home can host 13 guests comfortably (with a maximum occupancy of 17 - just pack some air mattresses or sleeping bags for the younger guests!). Up to two dogs are also allowed here with an additional nightly fee.

If you head outside, you will be delighted to find a private hot tub sitting on the lower patio area. You will love to relax in the warm, bubbling water after a long day of walking on the beach.

This home is a perfect place to bring a large family or some close friends to enjoy a slow-paced beach vacation. With the shore so close, and plenty of other attractions nearby including boating on the Tillamook Bay, visiting the Cape Meares Lighthouse, and hiking around coastal trails, everyone will find something to love about this stretch of the northern coast!

Great house needs some love
Overall worth the stay. House has a great view and the space for entertaining was big. The house was clean and the bathrooms had nice travel size soap, shampoo, and conditioner which was a nice surprise. Water pressure in the showers was awesome. However, the furniture and appliances need updating. I also wouldn't advise anyone to use the beds in the 'kids' room, the mattresses were so uncomfortable the adults had to go to the couch to sleep. The 3 rooms with Queen beds were nice. Though you don't want to be there when it is windy, the tree outside hits the house so loud we all woke up in the middle of the night to see which one of us was making the noise.

Great, spacious house but...
Our big family loved the size, the great room, and location. However there were a few things we noticed: 1) The 5th bedroom on the second floor did not have an actual bed in it. 2) The wifi was extremely slow. Excruciatingly slow. 3) The microwave door doesn't close and part of the vent fell off and nearly hit our dog. 4) The outside grill was loaded with grease and not cleaned very well prior to our use which resulted in the grease catching fire and burning our ribs. Other than this, we actually really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Great location, very poor property condition
We arrived at location late night, but saw a couple of serious and obvious maintenance problems: 1- it was water leakage under the sink 2- heaters in living room were not working 3- water was not draining from one of bath tubs 4- pillows and blankets were not very clean. 5- water in hot tub was very hot, and the adjustment knob was missing! given that the place was one of more expensive listings, we expected much more than just a nice view. I would only go back to this place if I couldn't find any other place in the same area.

House needs a lot of maitenance
This house has great bones but needs a lot of maitenance and a deep cleaning. 1) The great big windows with the view were dirty and the outside of the same windows had moss in several places. All of the other windows were filthy in the tracks. 2) The kitchen sink and one of the shower heads was leaking. 3) The lights and walls needed cobweb removal. 4)The deck had not been sealed adequetely and is showing signs of neglect. 5)There was a 1 inch gap under the front door - I could literally stick my hand through it. For the amount of money spent on renting this house for a weekend it should not be in this level of disrepair.

Great for multiple families
The house has an amazing view, the deck is spacious and the great room is truly that. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for cooking large meals for big groups. Looking forward to our next stay.

This house is big. It’s spacious enough for 8 people comfortably. The hot tub was clean and fun. The kitchen and dining area was really large. The furniture in the living room was worn out. The beds were ok. It was a pet friendly area. The location was good. The views are good.

Big beautiful common area
We had plenty of room for our group to gather in the living room of this home with big windows looking out on trees. The table was huge for our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have many bathrooms.

Great for Multi-Family Stays
We had three families stay for a long weekend. There’s a big kitchen island and open concept common rooms. Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made it great for privacy when we needed it. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Housekeeping forgot to leave enough towels and the manager had them brought to us within the hour. There are a LOT of VHS movies but no VCR. Lol.

Great house for family time
It was a quiet neighborhood and the house had a great view and a lot of space for our family to enjoy our time together. The drive to the beach only to a few minutes and close to some wonderful restaurants.

missed opportunity...
Would have loved to give a 5 star reveiw for the location, views and space of this home. However we encountered so many downsides that it's hard to justify the price. The cleanliness was lacking when it came to the dishes (filthy) and dish towels (stinky), the kitchen faucet is a leaky mess, the ice maker needs to be defrosted and cleaned. By far the worst was the condition of the hottub. The lid was half off when we arrived and the tub was only half full of water. The tub had sand blown all around the edges, the panel and inside. The water was murky, quite possibly from the sand, however the water had a horrid smell. We were unable to use the hottub for the duration of our 3 night stay. Horribly disappointing as this was the main amenity we were lookong for. Vacasa has always done a great job in the past. Myself and my group has utilized them many times with great success. This was unfortunately a big miss. I reached out to Vacasa prior to leaving this review and never heard back from them. We hoped to receive some sort of refund for the hottub fisaco but sadly it's crickets for us. Good luck to you, hopefully this review brings some action from Vacasa that will result in a better experience for others.

Ohana Happiness
The home was clean, inviting and lovely. Our family reunion of 11 had plenty of room and we enjoyed wonderful meals and games. Thanks so much to the housekeeping team for making us feel safe during the on-going pandemicand to the local manager, Tom, who made sure the hot tub and home were ready for this amazing weekend!

Lovely home on hill
Nice home for family gathering. Beautiful great room and open kitchen. Reverse living with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs works well. 5th bedroom is a sofa room attached to great room. Nice sand in yard for kids to play in. No fire pit. Short drive to beach.

Very pleased
From the beginning, we liked how the home was tucked away from the rest of the neighborhood. Once inside, we loved the spacious entryway as well as the hallway to each and every bedroom. And as for the second story, it was more than accommodating for our birthday party we were able to host. This home was perfect for our weekend event and look would not hesitate to book again for future events.
