This private dog-friendly house has everything guests will need to enjoy your stay, like new appliances, a gorgeous modern multi-level layout, and new comfortable furnishings throughout. It represents some of the most popular aspects of Oregonian design, including a seamless transition between the kitchen and living room and different entrances for each level of the house. Outside, there is a top-level balcony so guests can take in all of the sights.

Oceanside is a short walk away, where guests will find a couple of eating options along with access to the beach (less than half a mile from the house). Netarts is just under three miles to the south, where guests will find even more beach to explore. Check out the beach at Happy Camp (about two-and-a-half miles away), where crabbing right from the shore is a fun option. Tillamook is just over nine miles to the east, where guests will find major shopping, the famous Tillamook Creamery, and more.

We absolutely love this property and location. Brought our black lab for the first time and he had a wonderful stay as well. The owners clearly care about our canine friends and leave a very welcoming space for the whole family!

Oceanside privacy
We loved having 3 floors near the beach but with some privacy. Comfy bed, big tub, room for the dogs to ro.p inside. Enjoyed it very much.

Great base for our Oregon Coast vacation
We loved our stay in Oceanside! It was peaceful and more secluded than some of the other areas around. Most of our favorite spots that we visited were close to Oceanside. Cape Meares, Short beach, Lookout Point are all amazing, and very close.

Pleasant, Quiet and Airy location in Oceanside
The top main floor has a wonderful view and balcony. Nice and airy kitchen and living room. Master bedroom on second floor quite comfy. Bathroom with in floor heat keep the toes warm. Lovely stay.

Oceanside getaway
Nice stay at a very comfortable spot. The weather was so nice, so we had to get out and the area is lovely. We also enjoyed our time at the house though. The open layout of the top floor is great and the stars were out so it was nice time on the deck in the evening.

Nice Home Away From Home
We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The bathtub is large and long if you need a soak. Warm floor in the bathroom! There are great kitchen cooking supplies, pots and pans and a nice assortment of those things you forget if you're going to cook. The heaters work great. The view from the small office upstairs is great, what a cozy room to curl up with a book! The walk to the beach is typical for Oceanside, not too long. You'll feel like you are in a nest in a tree above the beach. Enjoy!

Beautiful home
Recently spent 3 nights at this beautiful home in Oceanside. We loved the open layout on the main floor- lots of windows, well lit. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The ocean views are partially shielded by trees, but you can still hear the ocean. The beach is just under 10 minutes walk away, or 2 minute drive. While on the deck we enjoyed the birds in the trees around the sides and back of the house. It was wonderfully quiet here. We look forward to coming back again.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay at this newer house in Oceanside! The location is just up the hill from town, maybe a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive, in a very quiet corner of town away from the main street leading to/from Oceanside. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/dining/living room that was up on the 3rd floor, it felt like you were up in the trees. It is three stories and there isn't an elevator, so be prepared to walk up/down a lot and the house wouldn't be well suited for those with mobility issues.

Zero phone service made emergency situation very stressful
The house is beautiful and the photos portray it perfectly. Everyone who considers renting this house needs to know that there is NO cellular service at the house. We had an emergency situation that required being in contact with our family back home across the country. Because I have an iPhone I was able to set up WiFi calling and receive phone calls and SMS texts through that. Many thanks to another reviewer of this rental home who posted that tip as an aside buried deep in his review. My husband's Android phone did not have that capability. You can get a landline phone with unlimited nationwide calling for $25 per month. The owners of this home should strongly consider doing this. Build it into your rental price if it is too much of a burden to pay that each month. As we fumbled our way through figuring out how to make a phone call from the house, I looked on the internet for reviews of cellular service in the area. I should have done this before renting this house but I never considered to be an issue anywhere I have vacationed in the U.S. and outside the country. All service carriers suck: Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, AT&T (what we have). We had to drive out of town to get bars for LTE service, not even 3G, and had to get almost into Tillamook to get 5G service. I would have been happy with even one bar at the house. Renter beware!

Great House in the Hill
This house is well appointed and cozy. We loved walking to the beach to catch sunsets and meals. The living area is a great place to relax at the end of the day. We were able to cook dinner in the house with ease- everything needed was present. The king sized bed is very comfortable as well. Wonderful place to stay in a beautiful little town!

Modern House with Stunning Balcony View
Our family of three stayed for three nights with our small dog, and we loved it! We particularly loved the upper floor, which allows for a ton of natural light and a beautiful, though partially obscured, view of the beach. The house is appointed with every modern convenience, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. Kitchen, cabinets, bathrooms all well-stocked. Short walk to the beach through the eclectic beach-side neighborhood. We'd be happy to return in the future, and plan on doing so!

A spacious, sparkling clean home with views of the ocean and trees. We loved having dinner outside on the deck and feeling the ocean breeze! Also a pretty quick walk down to the beach while still having the tranquility of being situated within the trees. We watched the chipmunks and crows every morning. Clean, modern appliances including a big washer-dryer to clean up before heading back home--loved our stay!

Room with a view
The main living floor has a beautiful wooded view of the ocean. The windows span the entire west side of this home. The large trees frame the ocean view. This beach home is lovely and new. The furnishings and decor are quite comfortable and pleasing. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also beach parking if you prefer to drive. The internet service is good once you arrive at the property.

Nice place for chill getaway
If your idea of a perfect vacation is a quiet little house tucked away in the hills above a picturesque beach this is a good choice for a small group or a couple. House is in a very quiet location and beach is less than 5 mins away. Oceanside is a very chill place, not a lot of restaurants and no nightlife so it is perfect for a relaxing get away. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Deck is very nice. I think the only people who wouldn’t like it are people who have limited mobility. It is a free standing house but inside is more like a town house and the upside down floor plan with the living room at the top means a lot of stairs.

Love this house!
This house was perfect. Loved the view from each level. Nice walk to the beach, though the wasp back was a work out. House is bright, clean, cool and comfortable! Only complaint- there was very little amount of TP left for 6 ppl and 3-4 days. Especially since there isn’t a close by store or one that’s open early or late. And not enough towels for that time either. We had to wash them a lot and the washing machine sounds awful. Leave more TP or at least let folks know they should bring some and towels. 🙂 PS- THANK YOU for being dog friendly. What a great spot. House seemed really clean especially considering pets are allowed. I hope we get to go back k sometime!
