On the top floor of this home, you'll find an open, multi-purpose space with a TV room that the kids will love, plus a quiet, furnished space with views of the water where you can read, play games, or just relax. Outside, this home offers a deck with wrap-around bench seating for sunny summer days.

This wonderful Oceanside location is right near a state recreation area and miles of soft, sandy beaches for flying kites, building sandcastles, and beachcombing. If you work up an appetite while out on the sand, stop by Roseanna's Cafe or Blue Agate Cafe for a light snack or a full meal - both are easily walkable and offer takeout. And for additional must-visit destinations, take a drive into Tillamook, home of the world-famous Tillamook Cheese Factory, just a little over a 11 miles from your door.

Great place in Oceanside that could use some attention
We've stayed at Bud's Beach House multiple times with our pups and really like the location, small yard, kitchen, and dog wash. The house and furnishings need some attention, especially the blinds in the main living area and the rusty deck chairs. It would be great if the owners or managers would put some love into this place; it would give back to vacationers ten-fold.

Great stay
We loved our stay in this house. We will definitely come again! 2 of the restaurants closed in the early afternoons (one at 2PM and other, 3PM). Only one was open till 8pm so the wait can easily be 40 minutes. We opted to go to Tillamook for very early coffee and yummy food instead. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Bud's Beach House, Oceanside Oregon
This house is a perfect location to the beach. Walk down a path and there is the beach. The house itself is the perfect size for a family and dogs. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use. We loved the deck and watched several whales going by. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location beach house
This is second time we have stayed here. Love the proximity to the beach, the views from the house and the outside deck. It does need to get a BBQ (same feedback I provided before). Would also suggest install railings on left of stairs too, they are very steep

Quaint House with flaws
Great size and location for our family of four. Large second floor and newly renovated bathroom. Cleanliness and amenities were not up to par with other vacation homes we've stayed in the area and an undisclosed inoperable washing machine makes us leary of this house or VACASA in the future.

Great house
This house is wonderful! It is very close to the ocean so if you have little kids it is very convenient. The pictures they posted properly represent what you get. Having Wi-Fi at the house is great because there was very little cell service in the town. They have leftover salt and pepper but make sure you bring sugar, coffee filters and oil for cooking. Otherwise, great updated kitchen and we loved the upstairs bedroom space with separate tv/playing room.

Great location, good house
When we arrived, the outlets and electronics were not working. There was no way to communicate with the host because there’s no cell service in Oceanside unless your accommodations have WiFi. We figured out some fuses must have blown, found the fuse box, and got everything up and running again. The rest of our stay was great. House was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture had been changed out since the property photos had been taken. The walk to the beach was short. We enjoyed the porch. Beds were comfy. Lots of stairs. Not for anyone with mobility issues.

Fun Beach House
I had a weekend get-away with family at this lovely beach house and it was just what we were looking for overall. Plenty of space for guests to have private space and great access to Oceanside Beach. It was clean overall and had a good atmosphere. We were able to do all our meals in the kitchen and felt cooking there was easy. Dogs are welcome here, but if you don't have a dog and are bothered by the smell, this might not be the house for you. Just be aware that the second bathroom in on the lowest level (by where the cars are parked) of the house. It took us awhile to find it as it wasn't by any of the rooms. There is limited views of the ocean, but no worries if you don't mind walking a few minutes.

Location location location
Great beach dog friendly home. We stayed 10 days with our pups and family and had a wonderful time. beach access is a short walk. The shower was great and the dog wash downstairs was awesome. The only queen bed was terrible. It was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor which was not to our liking. But the other beds were better. The kitchen has the bare minimum utensils and only a toaster and a coffee pot. So plan ahead to bring your own stuff if you're planning on doing any real cooking. No bbq so bring your own as well. The TV was nice. The washer and dryer are basic but worked. We had an amazing time with our family and spent most of our time agate hunting and playing at the beach. Oceanside is paradise! The house is nicely renovated just bring your own bbq or crockpot and kitchen ware. We would definitely stay again!

Oceanside beach house
We were only at the property for two nights. Our party included three adults and one springer spaniel. The house was super clean and the yard was lovely. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom and seating area because the stairs are very steep. We were concerned about traveling them down at night to use the bathroom. The bedrooms are small and had no hangers, so we couldn't hang up any clothes. The bathroom is lovely and quite small. The kitchen was great: well equipped and spacious with plenty of storage for our food. The living room and dining room were open and light with a view from the dining room of the ocean down the road. The house is a stone's throw from the beach, but the road is somewhat steep. (An elderly neighbor was walking up with his wife and slipped and fell on rain-dampened pavement and had difficulty getting up.)

our vacation
For a place that takes dogs, which are hard to find, this home was the cleanest we have stayed in, we liked the ease of being to take our dogs to the beach and run them,this home had 2 tvs to use, we were able to login and use Pandora music to listen to some good jazz while we made dinner, it was a great place to spend our 5 days of vacation, we will definitely come back again

Problems
To cook dinner selected pan and put on stove. Heated it set off the fire alarm. Apparently the pan had something on the bottom. Difficulty cleaning "it" off the stove. One garbage bag liner for a weeks stay of 7 people. One roll of paper towel--spare roll under the sink was soaking wet. Only hangers for clothes were 3-4 on the back of doors to 2 bedrooms. Locale is excellent. House was well furnished but amenities were lacking. We love Oceanside and have stayed at several different places but this was very disconcerting.

Great dog-friendly house
The walk back from the beach is steep, but short. The dog appreciated the grass! Put her on a cable and she got to watch the birds and say hi to the neighbors. There isn’t much of a view, but a lot of windows to open and hear the ocean. The view is better from the upstairs!

Buds Beach House
Absolute loved this place !! Simple but comfortable ! Loved all the pictures of Oregon history !! The road was a bit scary,but it was better & easier to get in the driveway, but we figured out, if we took the road above the highway ( behind the Restaurant), it was much easier to pull into the driveway!

Cozy place near the beach
We had a lovely time at this cozy house to celebrate thanksgiving with our family. Plenty of room for six people and a dog, and a great location near the beach. The beds were in varying degrees of uncomfortable, but everything else was great!
