This two-level beachside getaway is nestled high on the hillside a half mile from the shore and just minutes from the town center, with scenic hiking trails nearby. Step out to the elevated deck through sliding glass doors. Sip crisp drinks while seated on four chairs and take in the stunning Pacific views. Enjoy storm watching during the winter months, and in the summer take in clear views of the entire bay and surrounding coastline.

Unwind on a love seat and two armchairs while admiring the ocean views. The spacious loft overlooking the living area features a TV with a DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen comes with quality appliances, including a freezer-top fridge, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. Serve tasty meals at the six-seat dining table, or enjoy morning coffee at the bar with seating for one. Interior design elements include vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and tall windows.

Cruise a half mile to the Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site, a favorite spot to beachcomb, explore tidepools, surf, spot wildlife, and fish. Drive 3 miles to Cape Meares or 8 miles to Cape Lookout State Park and discover cliffside scenic trails overlooking the rugged coastline.

Our view included not only the ocean but also a couple bald eagles; who sailed above the patio a few times a day during our stay.

A solid choice
The house is a solid, if not great, stay. The Good: the kitchen is small but well-equipped, the view is spectacular and the beach is close. The not so good: the house overall has a slight musty smell, and (my bad for not double checking the listing) there’s no tub which was not ideal for our little kids, despite’s being very close to the beach, you have to walk up/down a very steep hill

Very cozy with incredible views of the coast
This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back.

Spectacular View
Well stocked with cooking supplies. We fixed food from scratch with everything we needed. There is an odor issue. Kitchen towels and some of the bath towels were not clean. More clean ones were available. Bed was comfortable. Absolutely spectacular views of the beach, the clouds rolling in and the stars on clear nights. The DVD did not work for us. Some mold issues on the floor in the bathroom. Shower was very clean and very nice.

Amazing view!
The place could use some updating and better cleaned, but it is cute! The view, though- THAT was AMAZING! I would go back for that alone. Wonderful night sky view out on the deck as well. Also has an EV charger, if you need that. Very well stocked.

WOW!! The million dollar view ! INCREDIBLE
The minute I walked in and saw the view I was blown away!!! The pics do not do it justice! I came with my 3 month old baby, 12 yr old son, and my 18 yr old daughter who has a TBI (traumatic brain injury), to get away from the busy city for a couple days. She needs quiet, peace and serenity due to her brain injury, and that is exactly what we got! The view healed all of us! I would sit in the loft and nurse my baby while taking the view in, it was absolutely relaxing (the comfy sectional was so well placed to enjoy the view). We ate on the porch, played games, did puzzles, watched relaxing movies, enjoyed the sunset, and my son rode his bike down the very quiet street. we even talked with the neighbors and they were so nice! we didn't even need to leave the cabin, the view here was better than being on the beach!! Quiet, peaceful, perfect. I am putting this on my MUST BOOK AGAIN list. I took a pic of the view, I wish I could post it here, it is worth a million dollars :)

Beautiful views!
Very cute and cozy! Has a strong smell, but you get used to it after a while. The back deck feels like it might just collapse at any moment, but the views of the ocean are spectacular! We had trouble trying to get into the house the first time, so we called the number listed on the house and they got ahold of someone local with quick response times. Overall a great experience!

Amazing view but property needs work
Pros: -Amazing view and quiet -Close to town -Close to beach but steep winding hill may not work w/ children. -We were given a discount for issues w/ rental. Cons: -Strong musty/moldy smell despite leaving windows and sliding door open when at cabin. Contacted Vacasa and came out to spray something to help w/ smell. Signs of leaks or rott in bathroom and kitchen. Window screens and sliding door had lots of mildew & dead bugs. -Both outdoor plastic chairs were broken in several places. Vacasa brought new ones 2 days after check-in. An outdoor dining table/chairs would be nice to enjoy deck and view. No BBQ and can’t bring one on property. -2 of 4 burners on stove weren’t working or worked on lower temp only. -Towels and linens are tired. The shower door wasn’t working properly. Vacasa contact came out and looked at it but kept coming off track. -Paint and some furnishings are tired. Sofas upstairs are shot and no support left. -Lightbulb over stove, batteries in remote were dead. Vacasa replaced bulb after 2 days. -Found rodent droppings in living room not sure if missed by cleaner or had visitor during our stay! -Cold showers when people or house cleaner using hot water in lower cabin. -Carpets are dirty w/ lots of stains. -We wouldn’t stay here again. This is our first rental w/ Vacasa and first time staying in a rental needing so much TLC I felt the need to submit a review.

Memories
My family built this home in the ‘60’s and had to sell it due to a medical emergency in the ‘80’s. Being back brought back fond memories. We love how it has been refurbished. It is a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay in beautiful Oceanside.

Priceless (yet affordable) view
Nice cabin with a 180 degree view of the ocean. The cabin is able to accommodate 6 people comfortably. We walked to and from the beach (10-15 minute walk).

Roomy house. Tremendous view. Key punch access takes some getting used to. Bedrooms haven't a view. Burner on stove tipsy. Overall, I'd do it again.

The only weird thing was receiving a few text messages from Turn Key on the first night mentioning that loud noises were coming from our area. Even though we were being pretty quiet at a very early hour, it made us feel paranoid. It seemed like an automated message that went out at the slightest outdoor noise, but just made us feel like we were doing something wrong.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean, if a bit dated, and worked well for our stay. However we will not likely do a vacation rental through Turnkey Vacation Rentals again. I found the experience very impersonal, and lacked resources I would expect. We had some concerns about a serious local storm that delayed our arrival and was never able to speak to an actual person at Turnkey. Our messages were answered with automated responses. The listing suggests you can message the host but our text was never answered. The number takes you to an automatic menu. On arrival we had some trouble locating the heaters and I was not able to get assistance through the automated info. We did locate the heaters, but felt a guide to the cabin was missing. There is a tablet you can use for info but the information was exactly what was in our confirmation email and no more. The only "local" guide was accessed by clicking the "AroundMe" app on the tablet. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but it would have been helpful to have salt and pepper and cooking oil. I saw in another review that this was answered in that they don't provide food - yet strangely there was a bag of flour, popcorn, sugar and coffee. Overall, this might work well for some, but for us we usually want a more personal experience through an Airbnb.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular and the Condo is comfortable. There wasn't enough lighting in the bedroom next to the bathroom. One lamp had a burned out lightbulb.We weren't able to watch TV. The smart TV said it wasn't connected. Changing TV input didn't make a difference. Some instructions need to be available. The added fees, cleaning etc. more than double the total cost :(
