We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "

"Absolutely amazing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The building is new and the apartments are well designed. Clean and safe. I opted for underground parking. It was excellent.
