The house is located in the heart of North Zealand, close to both Hornbæk, Fredensborg and Helsingør. It is well maintained and is well furnished and well located with a panoramic view of nature
The house is located peacefully and undisturbed at the end of a cul-de-sac and is completely screened off from adjacent neighboring plots by trees and planting. From the large south-facing terrace, there is an unspoiled and long view over the totally peaceful marsh area, forest and lake. In the same direction, there is free passage to the path of the sun, which makes the house particularly sunny.
The summer house is located on the edge of Langesø Plantage. A natural area that primarily consists of protected forest, bog and lakes, which was previously Denmark's famous plant nursery with imports of foreign and exotic plants, and which, among other things, counts royal houses and the country's botanical gardens as major customers. The past as a nursery still leaves its mark in Langesø to this day.
Everywhere you are met by a wide range of plants from all parts of the world: lotus, rhododendron, water lilies, ferns etc. The lush plant life mixes in a charming way with the area's many small lakes and streams and at the same time forms fertile ground for a rich and wild animal life. Langesø also borders other beautiful natural areas: Esrum Sø and Gurre Sø with the possibility of swimming and hiking, as well as Hornbæk Golfklub, where you can enjoy a round of golf in the middle of nature. In addition to the site's nature-rich and peaceful location, shopping, experiences and culture are also not far away.
2 km to the south is the town of Tikøb with a supermarket, baker, butcher and smokehouse. 7 km to the north is the charming coastal town of Hornbæk with a beach, harbour, restaurants and a diverse lifestyle. To the east, it is 10 km to Helsingør, where you will find shopping, culture, history and modern architecture in the form of, among other things, Kronborg, Helsingør food market and the Maritime Museum. From the house there is approx. 35 minutes by car to Copenhagen
The house is open plan with kitchen and dining area together and with some steps down to the living room, which is extremely bright thanks to the large panoramic windows, triangular windows and ceiling windows. For the cold months, there is a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating in the kitchen-dining room and bathroom.
The kitchen has a skylight, so you have plenty of light for cooking, and also contains everything you need to prepare cozy holiday meals. You can of course also grill on the large terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps two. In addition, there is an alcove with two sleeping places.
The bathroom has a shower, corner spa and washing machine available.
One of the two lofts can be used by tenants. The other is closed off to tenants for the landlord's private property.
