We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was near great restaurants, border, and the highways. We enjoyed the free parking and cleanliness of the rooms. Beds were comfy, no weird smells, AC was cold, and its pet friendly. The only thing I would change is that they offer nicer towels, shampoo and soap, and a bigger tv.

There was a smell of drain when I opened the bathroom and a siren alarm went off many times during the night and I couldn’t get sufficient sleep and rest also the header was not working the room was too cold

The rooms are extremely small, and they need to provide more towels. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel. It is a block away from a very nice dining area with good restaurants in one direction, but in the other direction the neighborhood is not so good. Having an OXXO immediately outside is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. No problems overall.

Everyone is awesome especially Griselda and Juliana. Noise is a bit of a concern, so I'd recommend higher floors and far from construction. Breakfast buffet could have more variety but it's mediocre quality. The location is very convenient, close to lots of restaurants, and stores. I faced an issue with a bad sewage smell and had to switch my room, I see that other people also complained so it's not just me.

Very pleased with the service and installations. Everything was clean, we needed more towels and they were provided quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I came with a dog and they informed me at the check in that there is a fee of MX$600 mexican pesos (about $30 USD) that I wasn't aware of for pets, service animals don't have a charge just so you are aware because it doesn't say on Expedia. There are no green areas in the hotel but there's a big grassy area, kind of like a little park across the street for your dog to go potty. There are also several taquerias across the street and around the hotel and their tacos are very good. It's pretty convenient 2 mins drive to the San Ysidro border crossing. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
