"The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. It turns out I was sharing one of 8 bunk beds in the room. The room was full of unwashed body odor. The beds were uncomfortable and...

"An overall great stay right in the heart of Palermo. We did not notice any noise as other reviews have stated. The property's location was as close to all that Palermo has to offer without being too close to the main hub, where excessive noise would have been an issue. Our suite was clean and spacious, but lacked quite a few amenities in the kitchen if they wished to use it as intended. Not really a major issue since there are restautants/cafes near-by. "
