The apartment is small but in a very good place, comfy and warm, convenient 5 min walk to lifts.
The ensuite shower only went to warm not hot, and had to be cleaned upon arrival but for the most part happy with the place itself.
No wi-fi.- in 2024? We were told to use 5G from our phones - but there is no 5G signal - not even 4G most of the time. Poor.
The experience was the real issue
1- We were hugely delayed in traffic so when we arrived at 9pm there was no-one to greet us and show us where the place was. The agent sent some videos that without context meant little. The agent actually pinged the wrong building - so after a 9 hr bus nightmare we had to spend 45 mins wandering about in a blizzard with all our luggage before we found the place. Ridiculous.
There was an unexpected demand of €€ for bed linen - despite it not being listed as an extra. We had to agree - only to find the beds unmade when we arrived. I don't go on vacation to do housework - especially when I am paying extra for the bed
The cleaning charge was simply ludicrous - multiple hundreds of euros?. If you are going to massively overcharge on this - provide bed linen, ensure the beds are made - and make the effort to meet your guests. The agent chased me a few times to get the € for bed linen —which sat on the table from the moment we got there to the moment we left it behind? Clients arent just money - perhaps this needs to be considered.
