"I would agree with other reviewers that the open areas of the hotel at times did feel like a hostel however the room was clean and updated. The parking was convenient and simple to access. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. I ended up staying two nights because it was a short drive to the Freccia Nel Cielo resort and lived up to my standards for cleanliness and safety. I would recommend this hotel!"

"The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."

"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"This was literally a last minute stay when another reservation didn't work out. Very convenient with parking across the street. Helpful and accommodating manager who gave us an upgrade. Quality breakfast too. Happy to recommend the Nevada."

"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Service was incredible. We got upgraded on our room. Parking was a little tricky as the lot was offsite, we paid 75EUR to valet instead. "

"Small but quaint hotel in historic center of Cortina. Initially, we were given the room in first floor next to bar and reception area. We asked to be moved and manager accepted. Room 7 is in the same floor but very tight and small. Not sure if worth the $500 a night we paid. Hotel prides on "luxury and fashion" but this room had none of either. Maybe the rest were nicer? "First off-Andrea was gracious to let us in early but the address of the property is wrong so after several times walking up and down the street we found the place only after messaging Andrea for the exact location. "Wir waren im September 14 Tage dort und haben uns in dieser abgeschlossenen Wohneinheit sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Wohnlage nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der der unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ist ein typisches italienisches Lokal. Die beiden Seen kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen.
