An inviting shorefront upper holiday apartment set in a glorious location with outstanding sea views over the Kyles of Bute and beyond with distant sea views across to the Isle of Arran, also known as the Sleeping Warrior due to its distinctive outline. 

Located in the picturesque village of Tighnabruaich, West Coast Scotland, this welcoming holiday retreat features two spacious double bedrooms, ideal for couples or families seeking home comforts in a charming coastal location.
 
Filled with quality and bespoke furnishings throughout, Mountainside is highlighted by the living space, a wonderful light-filled room to gather around with family or friends. With comfortable sofas and a chaise lounge this is a special room to relax and enjoy the everchanging sea views and boats passing by. Whether it's a sunny afternoon or a cosy winters day snuggled by the wood burner, the views are stunning.  

For entertainment there is free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with live streaming.
 
The well-equipped kitchen features all your modern appliances. Ideal for cooking up a feast with delicious local produce.  
 
There are two spacious and well-furnished bedrooms.   The family bathroom features a shower over the bath, hand basin and toilet.
 
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, sea views 
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, garden views  

Please note there is no washing machine.

Guests have access to an outdoor area within their own private and peaceful garden, including garden steps that take you to a raised outdoor seating area allowing you to enjoy the sea views and quiet time. Perfect for afternoon drinks with a view whilst catching the afternoon sunshine or simply a tranquil place to idle away the afternoon.

Access: Enter Mountainside via a shared driveway to the right hand side. Private access via six (6) outdoor steps to the your private entrance. There is an interior private staircase, 16 steps to reach the upper level apartment.
 
Set in an ideal position on the waterfront in Tighnabruaich for fabulous for walks along the esplanade. The perfect holiday setting to relax and escape from the rest of the world. 
 
Tighnabruaich is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, also known as Argyll's Secret Coast. Nearby is the main street of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafes, local pubs and welcoming locals.
 
Bordered by Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, this is an area of stunning natural beauty, with hills, glens, rugged coastlines, white beaches, clear waters and ancient forests. The whole area is steeped in Highland history and dotted with ruins, castles and ancient sites.
 
Just over 5 miles away is Portavadie, the well known marina, with a leisure spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzi and 2 restaurants.
 
Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
 
Well behaved medium dogs are welcome. Maximum two, £20 per pet per stay.
 
Car Parking: There is free street car parking outside the main gate at the front of the property.

A little piece of heaven
Fabulous location, we travelled in a severe storm so that was challenging but worth every second. Great family break to recharge and my only complaint is that it wasn't for long enough. Would book again.
