"Like a very cozy hobbit house from Lord of the Rings. Spectacular garden! This side of the island is in the fog most of the time but it is easy to get to sunny beaches in less than an hour. Only enough hot water for one person to take a shower before it runs out. Overall however a very special place to stay on El Hierro."

The studio had its own small balcony. They were helpful in communicating about arrival times and leaving key when reception was unmanned; however, we had to telephone as we did not realise studio was reached through different door and wondered why our key did not open door (of apartment with same number!)
