"Reception service on arrival could have been better...one guest being dealt with ahead of me who then went to get something from his car or somewhere. No communication with me or "sorry please bear with me". Nothing. This guest's wife then comes back in and it takes 10 minutes to deal with her before i am dealt with. No apology or even 'sorry for the wait'. Pretty poor. Room was ok but was told that it has an adjoining door to another room and that 'if i keep it closed, the other guests can't...

Curro is an incredible host and he gave us a wonderful tour around the castle and the church beside with very interesting history facts.He is the best host and an artist that makes your stay unforgettable Breakfast was delicious prepared by his wife Susana. "The Hotel was great. Nice cafe for snacks and we ate in the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed the food and the staff were attentive. Only complaint I had a stater my wife didn’t. My starter came (very nice) but my wife’s main came before I had finished my starter, so I was eating my main after. Great I could park my motorcycle right outside the hotel. "

"The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and...

"Great staff at reception desk. Parking was a bit complicated but not too bad. The main complaint was having a room with a shower in the bathroom but not curtain. Water went everywhere and we used too many towels to suck up the water from the floor. i've never seen a shower with not curtain or glass barrier before."

"A verry nice location ,in a sweet smal village with nice people,a good swimming pool only 3 euro's entrance . Not to far from Tarazona (nice town with rich history ) the accomodation was fine with a nice garden . The shower was a bit low for our youngest son who is 1.85m tall aand the beds where a bit smal for him to. The breakfast was verry fone and everything was nice and clean "

"Les points positifs : logement propre, spacieux pour 4, belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne et les montagnes du massif du Moncayo. Le hameau dans lequel se trouve le logement est calme et se trouve à 5 km de la ville de Borja. Pour explorer la région, la voiture est indispensable. Accueil chaleureux de Raquel. Ce qui nous a moins plu : l'odeur désagréable dans 2 des chambres et les matelas peu confortables."
