"Excellent stay at the Leevin Hostel. Just stayed the one night, but the facilities there (kitchen, communal rooms, garden etc) are fantastic, so could have easily stayed longer. The venue is clean and well lit. The hallways are quirky, like an old country mansion which I quite liked. Staff are incredibly patient and helpful. Would highly recommend."

The only problem was that we could hear people party outside quite loudly, so I wouldn't recommend to anyo e having trouble sleeping! Also, the mattresses were quite hard."

"The area was beautiful and the few staff we encountered were courteous. The bunkroom we stayed in had dirty blue pillowcases, fitted sheets, and duvets. This is a shared room hostel which is a great way to meet people from around the world. The wifi was so weak we had to either sit at reception or not have access. Just like any other hostel, you rent towels and strip your own beds of the white linens you place there prior to sleep. The building wasn't well maintained and there was no sound limit...

"This was a good choice for a 1 night stay. If staying several nights in Dublin, I would probably go elsewhere. The location was very good: a short walk to the Liffey River and touristy section of Dublin. The immediate Area of LIVStudent Dublin was less touristy and had some good pubs (Cobblestones has good live music, Walsh's Pub had great atmosphere, bartenders, and friendly locals) and restaurants (Lavanda, Wuff).
