"Good welcome, nice room,lovely pool. Lovely large bed, but sadly very small sheets that didnt even cover the mattress- surely thats basic? Very disappointed at what was very sloppy housekeeping."

"Information book in room would help. Wonderfull staff always a smile. The grand atlantic does need a refurb, but the market it is aiming at would not pay the extra it would cost. It is wonderfull building and needs looking after, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the resturant for dinner, breakfast ..."
