"Large room with three separate beds but non-functional. Yes, I understand that they have a room available not meant to be a hotel room, but why not rent out to make money. AC and WiFi non functional. Dark closed room. Couldn’t open windows. Needed to keep lights on. Dirty unusable wooden cabinet with age-old newspapers strewn as shelf liner. Folks, clean up the cabinet, paint and use store bought regular shelf liner but never those dirty newspapers. No place to put luggage even for one person....

"It was amazing place to stay in Fort Kochi! Coleridge and Shenalee were excellent hosts, with great knowledge and suggestions for trips and local events. They were always ready to help and the breakfast each morning was first class, I enjoyed the Kerala breakfast everyday but others selected toast and jam, even omelettes. "We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

Definitely will return.

"For being a random choice, wanted a somewhat backwater view with a balcony this was a great find. Also I am a high level Bonvoy member so I love that it is part of the Bonvoy grp. The staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed modern and newly done. Only a small improvement as a suggestion.... The timing of service requests should be looked into. And pick up of in room dining trays from the corridors should be done more frequently. Our dnr tray was still outside in the morning when we were going for breakfast. But in the whole it was a lovely peaceful stay. Glad it was attached to the mall however we didn't need to go to the mall. Will definitely try and visit again."

"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."
