Located approx. 6 miles to the park entrance gate.

Beautiful Peaceful Riverfront with river flowing through the rear yard (can be seasonal) & spectacular views from the large deck, windows and Master Suite Balcony. Game room w/ Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Pac Man, Many Board & Outside Games to help Make Your Memories Amazing. Very nice front and rear lawn to play games or for the children to play. Bicycle through the area or Take a really nice walk.
Very quiet and safe area. Easy to find. One of the few lots that you can see the river and yards from inside the house and there's not a huge drop to get to the river. Even if the river is dry the riverbed is full of Beautiful Black Rocks/Boulders.

This is a no host rental. A few days prior to your arrival date you will be sent your entry code. There is a local person if you are in need of personal service.

This house had over 200 "5" star reviews in the previous listing.

Experience the wildlife which can include Many Turkey's, Deer, Ducks, Quail, Many Beautiful Birds, squirrel's, mountain lions (I have neve seen one) maybe an Occasional Bear. The house/Three Rivers is located in a mountain are so there is bugs, insects, mosquitoes and spiders.

Reviews... if you see a review that makes you skeptical please ask. A poor review is generally a result of a guest getting called out on breaking the rules, such as booking for five then bringing MANY MORE or an unauthorized pet.

Fantastic Place to Stay!
It would be difficult to find a better place to stay than here! Rocky cool mountain stream in the back yard, beautiful scenery, good restaurants, games in the garage, 3 bedrooms 21/2 baths. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing stay!! Just a few miles from the southern entrance into Sierra National Park.

Property was very nice, beautiful backyard. It was equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved the game room. Had a great family getaway. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful house to stay with family
We enjoyed our visit to Peaceful Riverfront Resort #2. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The kids loved the game room and we spent a lot of time relaxing by the river. The house was a great location to enter Sequoia National Park through the Foothills entrance.

This place is perfect. The location, the little town , the home is amazing with the views snd the outdoor area, game room , sleeping areas!!! Saw wildlife, sunrise with my coffee sitting on upper deck ! Cornhole game we played in the yard with creek right by!! Can go on and on!! Cynthia had all the extras we needed including waters, coffee, snacks, kitchen supplies snd food! STAY HERE!!!! IT IS a SPECIAL Place!!!!!!!

Incredible Home and Location!
Amazing place to stay! My friends and I stayed here for a Sequoia National Park trip and we couldn’t have been happier. It’s as close proximity to the entrance while having your own home - can’t beat it. A small section of the river is right in thr backyard - beautiful flowing River ambiance 24/7. A fire pit, lawn to pull lawn chairs on and watch an incredible night sky with shooting stars every 10 minutes it seemed. The kitchen is great, the dining and living room are wonderful. Big beds and an incredible game room. Lucky to picked this place to stay!

Beautiful property Outstanding location ,very large , had everything we needed. It was so perfect. I hate to mention the next two things but just figured I would. It needs a laundry basket and I would recommend some window etching on the master bath shower. Otherwise absolutely excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

Location Location Location
This is an amazing property with plenty of space. Our group loved the backyard. Taking naps in the hammocks listening to the river rush beside you! We fished in the river as well! Proximity to the park is tremendous. Thank you for maintaining this property and making it available to make memories like we did!

Sequoia getaway
We were delighted with this property! We arrived after spending a few days in Yosemite in a heated tent and felt that we had struck the jackpot! The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The views were magnificent! The owner was responsive to any questions/issues that arose. And, the game room in the garage was a real hit! We would highly recommend staying here!

We totally enjoyed this beautiful luxurious home with the stream in the back yard. There were several amenities that we did not get the opportunity to enjoy because we didn't have enough time. We would defiantly stay here again & would highly recommend it. Cynthia was very accommodating & made us comfortable.

Beautiful property, pretty close to Sequioa
Even in late October, there was still water running in the river. It was very soothing to fall asleep to. The house was spacious & nice. We had to reach out to the property manager to get the door code, and luckily we reached out early, because it took some time before they responded. We got the code a minute or two after arriving.

Nice place right on the creek, unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do there job very well. Floors were dirty and makeup powder on sink upstairs. Master bedroom ceiling fan did not work, fireplace did not turn on or off, cleaning crew kept popping up 2 days of my trip needing access, beautiful home but seems to need some kinks worked out

Home is nice area is beautiful. Windows need to be cleaned. Whomever cleans the home between guests is just doing the basics, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. There was an empty beer can on the patio. We dont drink. We weren't sent the code to get into the property at check in time. I messaged the property on VRBO twice and never received a response. I called and left a voice mail. Did receive a call back and was told the code would be texted to me. Still did not receive anything. Had to text them again when we arrived at the property and was finally sent the code. Had issues with both coffee pots. Overall a nice stay but for the price being paid things could have been better.

Beautiful Property - But listing was confusing
This is a beautiful property that we enjoyed staying at during a recent trip to Yosemite and Sequoia National Park. We had a married couple, a female widow and two single grown men. In reviewing the property, we found both 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom listings.. with the 4 bedroom part of the listing calling out how each of the 4 rooms were set up for sleeping arrangements. Since we are very close friends, we weren't too concerned at the onset of the reservation assuming the 4-bedroom layout was more precise & would work great for our group. Upon arrival, we enjoyed the back deck and the stream behind the property and didn't pay too much attention to anything else until late afternoon when we decided to get ready for going out to dinner and found there only to be 3 bedrooms & with none of the 3 rooms having (2) Double or (2) single beds... so we were confused & reached out to the property manager that said there was no listing of (4) bedrooms on the property. Since we had a print out of the reservation & property details, we KNOW there was a call out for (4) bedrooms along with each room set up. We ended up giving the master bedroom to the (2) single grown men and the married couple moved into one of the smaller bedrooms. Needless to say, it was not an ideal rental for us...but we made it work. During our stay, we had several conversations with the property manager.....trying to see if she would give a discount for the confusing listing but she wouldn't.

Beautiful home by the river!
We absolutely loved this home! The deck/patio is right next to the river and the views are just breathtaking. The home itself if clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had two small kids (~5 years old) and they had so much fun playing in the game room and exploring near the river. We hope to come back again soon!
