Beautiful views from the center model of a small three home resort like complex, with the river running by it! The old Golf course is currently closed and turned back to natural wilderness with a lot of trees and home to wild life.
Guest love this floor plan with two bedrooms on opposite sides of house, with two bathrooms. An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas surrounded by hills and wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.

This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.

You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.

You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.

The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.

This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.

Comfortable patio furniture on the patio for relaxing with coffee or as you bbq in the evenings. A great comfortable base camp for exploring the National Parks. The Kaweah River runs by the property.

Beautiful property
Beautiful property that we shared with friends. The layout is perfect for two couples. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room. The beds were wonderful. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio was relaxing. Would definitely return.

This property boasts excellent proximity to Sequoia National Park and convenient access to amenities in Three Rivers town. With restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby, everything you need is within reach. Although there's no river view, it's just a quick 2-minute walk to the river. This accommodation is ideal for small families of 4-5 people.

Some things were outdated, and there was carpet in bathrooms, but it was clean, beds and couch were comfortable and appliances were nice. I would stay again if in the area. It was convenient to rhe National Park and restaurants.

Slice of heaven!
Perfect launch pad for exploring Sequoia National Park. The river access was a balm in the heat and my family made unforgettable memories here. The host was lovely and generous with tips for exploring the area.

Jazz Festival 2024
This was a perfect location for all Venues. The house was comfortable and met all our needs. Except...the television. Not remembering our passwords we could not watch any sports channels. And, being Dodger Fans we suffered with drawls for no sports TV. Maybe a heads up in the list of amenities about the TV would help. Thanks for a great place to stay. The Salazar's

Great house
This was a great property in a great location. Perfect for a stay to see Sequoia National Forest. Well outfitted kitchen made cooking easy. We really enjoyed going for walks around the river and the old golf course. Definitely a 5 star!

The property was just as listed. I will definitely stay again. Things I liked: clean, quiet, and no spiders or bugs lingering around the inside of house. Easy walk to a market for supplies and several eateries. Thank You!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Short walk to river which was powerfully rushing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. One complaint was that garbage disposal and drain weren’t working. We weren’t cooking so didn’t bother to call management. I’m sure it will be fixed. Pam, the owner was lovely and accommodating. Would stay again. Perfect for two adult couples.

Very clean inside of house
Nice house worked well for us. Our only complaint is that some plants in the court yard let off an awful scent and the one bedroom window faced the courtyard so the scent was very strong in the bedroom and also when we went in and out the front door. Bought air freshener to use in the bedroom but the scent was over powering.

Par Three Villa not up to par
Pros: The town of Three Rivers is a quaint. There is a village market, mexican restaurant, and pizza parlor. The surrounding area is pretty with rolling hills and orange trees everywhere. There is an abundance of access roads that lead to the lake and rivers. The home is conveniently located just 24 miles from the entrance to Sequoia NP. Garage parking. Cons: THE ONLY CELL SERVICE IS ATT. NO OTHER CELL SERVICE AVAILABLE. Dirty carpets and bathroom floor. Uncomfortable beds. No ice maker. No hair dryer. Non-functoning smoke detectors hanging from ceilings and no fire extinguisher. Ants and spiders in bathrooms. Pathway into home was water logged everyday from sprinkler system making it difficult to keep our belongings from getting muddy/wet bringing them in from the garage. Pathway also had plant overgrowth with a constant unpleasant smell of wild onion. Pathway to the river was there, but it is not private. The little 20 foot water access area was constantly occupied by people who don't live there, making it unusable to residents or guests. Our family was never sent the proper address or instructions on how to find the home and my message to the owner was not returned. The address provided in this app is the address of the village market, not the home. We wandered around for 45 minutes before a friendly local was kind enough to call the owner on our behalf as there is no cell service other than ATT in the area. The owner did finally meet us at the market and escorted us to the home. She did apologize for the mishap. She even offered for us to use her pool, (she lives next door) but since our child is allergic to chlorine we didn't take her up on her offer. She was a nice lady. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in this home and sadly; I would not recommend it
