Nestled in new Three Forks subdivision with all the comforts of home. It’s a great place to come home to after a day skiing, biking, hiking, fly fishing, paddle boarding, site seeing or shopping. Lots of room for all your guest with four bedrooms all new beds and views from every room. WiFi and 3 large TV’s with Roku. Kitchen has air fryer/toaster, blender, microwave and fully stocked Keurig coffee bar. The patio has a barbecue and outdoor ice chest. Sits on over an acre and is full fenced. Corn hole, horse shoes and fire pit. Community park is a short walk with basketball court, baseball diamond and soccer field. The peaceful mountain views are the perfect place to relax and reflect on your fun day.

We visited family in the Three Forks area and could not have been happier with our experience. Our host Carol was responsive and professional and the home was true to all of its listings. It was perfect: clean, well appointed, and provided a very relaxing stay.

Family friendly home

2024 Family Vacation
The house was absolutely fantastic. Fully furnished with soaps, toweling and paper products. CLEAN, and I mean clean. Beautiful location, easy to find, great outside patio and a fun neighborhood for an evening walk. Would stay again in a heartbeat! We have stayed at rental houses on both US coasts, Lake Superior and the Deep South, this house takes first place!

Fantastic stay
This was the best rental house that any of us ever stayed at. It was so homey and comfortable. It was very clean and stocked with so many items that you would usually have to run out for. It's in a lovely neighborhood close to many Montana activities. The host, Carol, was very accommodating and super sweet and thought of everything to make our stay great. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

The home was perfect for our trip. The beautiful views of the rolling hills was the perfect was to enjoy our morning coffee. Christmas in Three Forks Montana
Great property. Had all the amenities of home. Dryer did not work but otherwise very comfortable. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were large and spacious. The host made our Christmas special when we walked in. A cute decorated tree and stockings were hung. We will be booking again as we have family in Three Forks and it was close to them. Thank you Carol & R&R rentals.

Weekend in Three Forks
This was our second time staying at Carol's property. It was even better than the first. She, again, was so sweet to put up birthday decorations for our 2 year old along with providing some treats! The property is so lovely both in furnishings and its setting. I love sitting on the back patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking tobstay in the area. My family looks forward to this every year!

Enjoyed Montana
Very pleased with the home and accommodations...the themed bedrooms and overall Montana feel were the perfect setting for the time we needed to relax and catch up after the wedding festivities which brought us to Montana ! The neighborhood was quiet and though it was very hot and smoky, we still were able to enjoy a glorious starlit sky with the moon keeping its nighttime watch! Loved the dark surround without streetlights as the evening hours brought cooler temps! A great venue to celebrate God's goodness to our nephew and bride, and to bring extended family together to share favorite times and make new memories!

A wedding stay
We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home. They had a fully stocked house....from towels, laundry machine to a full kitchen. The nice thank you note with treats in the refrigerator was a wonderful surprise. The garage spot for our car was nice. Thank you for making our stay special. We were here with 7 adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and walk in closets were a plus since we were here for a wedding we had plenty of hanging space for our clothes. I highly recommend this wonderful new home.
