"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"Stayed at this home with my wife and two older teenage kids. The house is in a great location and a short walk to lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to the Blois Gare. Right next to beautiful historic Saint Louis Cathedral and close to the great Denis Papin staircase.The N1/N2 bus (free bus) was close by and really helped to get around. The house was awesome and comfortable. Its is a walk up though (if you have trouble with stairs). The house was stocked with everything - plates, pots etc...

"Location of this apartment was fantastic close to everything. lots of amazing restaurants also close by 2 to 5 minute walk. The host was amazing, he greeted us on our arrival and gave information on where to go and what to do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The Lock box is a 10 minute walk from the train station up hills with luggage then you have to go back down and go 15 minutes the other direction to the property. The property door is rust not the red one. The building stairs are not for someone who can’t carry luggage up old stairs. "An amazing stay at a wonderful chateau. The apartment was decorated beautifully and tastefully in keeping with the chateau, which is a magnificent building in a wonderful setting. The hosts were so very very helpful, showing us around, helping with our luggage and even returning to show us how to use a couple of items we couldn’t work out. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with all the modern conveniences needed. One of the best stays in France we have experienced."
