"On first entry, we were surprised by the space. A good size lounge leading through to the kitchen dinner. Lovely rear enclosed garden and worth exploring right to the bottom. It does seem quite endless with a lovely suntrap. Spacious bathroom. Lovely oldy worldy wooden staircase to the 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable bed. Visited Sheringham, Sheringham Park, Walcott, Blickling, Cromer and Norwich. Many beach walks with dinner at the Poachers Pocket. "

"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

Parking is very tight, this should have been explained before we arrived late at night to find there was no way we would fit our vehicle in the small space offered, turning space is very limited too. The cottage is near a pub which seems like it is a locals pub who like to sing karaoke loudly Friday-Sunday, this could be heard when inside without any windows open. "We had a brilliant time staying in Owen’s house for a few nights. The house is very easy to find and the check in process was very easy with the use of a lockbox. The house is very nicely decorated throughout and the living room was very cosy and well equipped for our group of four adults. "Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

This time of year the cottage is a bit dark, but would be more cheery in the summer. Although small, the cottage has everything you need for a great stay."

"A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. "

"This is a great apartment to stay in while in Norwich. 1. Very close to train station and city centre. 2. Well equipped kitchen for self-catering. 3. Comfy bed and bathtub. 4. Good wifi so was able to do work. However, 1. In the kitchen area, they should make sure screws are screwed down well to avoid sliced toes. 2.
