"The Inn was quiet and had a beautiful view. The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately the restaurant at the Inn was closed the days we were there however there are other great places to eat at the resort itself. Front desk at the lodge was very accommodating and helpful. "

"The reception staff member who checked us in on 4/5/25 at 3;00 was very friendly, interested in why we were staying and what brought us to the Ellensburg area. She had a meaningful conversation and was very compassionate."

"I was put in a room overlooking the roof, not that there's much to look at. I was also in a room next to the elevator. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work. The free breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. I saw the cook? used his bare hands to place the quiche in the hot plate after his tongs didnt work. Pretty gross! I did not eat any. The staff was very friendly, though I rarely encountered them. The hotel is very clean. I dont believe I'll stay at this particular hotel again. "
