This four season, gorgeous townhouse located in Waterville Estates is minutes off of I 93. This home has stunning unobstructed views of Mt. Welsh and Mt. Dickey from the living and dining room, kitchen area, all three bedrooms and deck. The main level features an open concept with a gas fireplace as well as a master bedroom with a full bath. Lower level has two bedrooms, large family room, gas fireplace, full bath and laundry. There is also a large loft area with a brand new memory foam mattress/futon that turns into a queen bed. Bought brand new furniture for the whole house and new quality mattresses for all beds. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house which creates a wonderful breeze. Unit also has two A/c Units. Two gas fireplaces are in the house. Guests have access to a 1 car garage . Rental comes with 1 guest pass (children 7 and under, no pass needed. If you have additional guests, a day pass can be purchased) to Waterville Estates Community Recreation Center which consists of two heated indoor pools, two outdoor pools (one is adults only) with food and drink service , hot tubs, saunas, fitness room, kids play room, game room, tennis and basketball courts, picnic and play areas, paddle boats and a pond with a swimming platform and a sandy beach. There is also live music at the pool area on the weekends, along with scheduled events for adults and kids (refer to photos of the schedule of events) Also on site is Campton Mountain Ski Area and Lodge/Restaurant and two pub lounges. (Live music is played on the weekends at the ski lodge/pub and during school vacation weeks), a skating pond, cross country skiing trails and walking trails.
This townhouse is close to Owls Nest golf-course, Squam Lake, rivers for swimming, canoeing and tubing, hiking trails, Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, snowmobile trails,Ice Castles, Ice Caves, Clark's Trading Post, Ziplining,.and Whales Tales Water Park in Lincoln. Short ride to Storyland and Santa's Village.

Condo Stay near Franconia Notch

We enjoyed exploring this area. Took full advantage of easy access to Franconia notch. The condo comfortably slept our group of 7. We enjoyed watching the Olympics on the large screen TV in main living room. Appreciated the 2nd family room located on bottom level where the children could view their shows & hang out. There was a portable AC in kitchen-family room & master bedroom. Although fans were provided in other rooms it would have been nice to have AC in the bottom level for the hot, humid days.

Great place for a family get together

We stayed with family at Leslie's house while in the area for our grandfathers 90th birthday (this was our second time at Leslie's after a great first experience). Leslie was communicative and responsive to all my asks in the lead up to our trip and her house was beautifully situated and had everything we need. Thank you Leslie - we would absolutely stay again.

A very scenic place with a view to relax with family and friends. A get-together of old school chums to enjoy the beauty missed back home with hills and mountains alike and catch-up on time missed.

The Perfect Winter Ski Vacation

This house rental was perfect- central to Waterville and Loon ski resorts. The house was equipped with everything and anything you may want during a stay from fully equipped kitchen, working outside grill, multiple TVs, many games and lots of room for a large group! The ref center was great for those who did not Ski and for those who skied and wanted to enjoy a hot tub and sauna post! We hope To rent again. Thanks!

My group of 9 had plenty of space in this spot 20 minutes from Waterville Valley for a fabulous ski weekend. It had eveything we needed and more. I would recommend this place to family / friends.

Weekend stay at Waterville Valley

The place was just as we expected. It was perfect for a 3-generation get together. The community center worked out great! Leslie was very responsive to our questions and she went out of her way to give us some ideas for activities while we were in the area.

Amazing property!

We had an amazing time at this rental. It was perfect for two families to stay together. We made use of the rec center, which we found to be extremely clean and fun! The property itself was clean and equipped with everything you could need. We loved it and would definitely love to come back again sometime!

Ski weekend in the mountains

Overall experience was definitely 5 stars! The property was very clean and bed were comfortable it was in a good location right off of 93 with a good view. We booked tickets to ski loon mountain and it was about a half hour drive to get there. The only issue we had was we could not open up the door to enter the property but the owner picked up on the first call and was able to help us get in. Would recommend and go back again!

Great stay

It was a perfect gathering spot for our family on Thanksgiving. Easily and comfortably slept our party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils and had everything we needed. Beautiful view off the back patio. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My 17 year old son and I stayed in this lovely home. Perfectly located for exploring the white mountains. Kitchen is fantastic beds are comfortable. Nicely furnished and the owner is easy to communicate with an extremely helpful. Stay again in a heartbeat

White Mountains View

The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room for two couples, located with easy access to both mountains and lake regions. Great views from deck and Leslie took good care of us with easy communication. We will be back!

Great location and place

This townhouse has beautiful views and is in a great location. There’s plenty of space for 10 people and everything you need to cook. The downstairs is also a great place to hang out. There seemed to be a lack of lights on the main floor and everything seemed a bit dim, but other than that it was great. Not too far from anything but you feel secluded.

Leslie was great and very accommodating.

Only issue was that clubhouse facilities were closed due to covid. Part of the reason I rented here was for the amenitie of the pool and club house for kids. Didnt know that the clubhouse would be closed until I got initial email going over check-in. Mabey I missed in the booking notes but oh well. Other then that it was great!

Awesome getaway house

Leslie was a great communicator and super nice! The property was perfect to accommodate 3 separate families. The kids especially liked the bunk room. The extra facilities (pool, game room, etc) were close by. We would definitely stay here again.
