"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze."

"We loved this house! It was in a great location and the Woodstock area offers a gateway to many awesome adventures in New Hampshire. This house has air conditioning, which was important since we went during the hottest week. Host super responsive and we had a lot of fun 14 people stayed quite comfortably in the house 4 families, 8 adults 6 kids. Would totally stay again if in that part of the country!"

"On our arrival we entered on the lower level which was not shown in the photos. The Chalet was out dated and the furniture was old not having a TV in the main living area seemed a little odd. We just felt like there could be some updates that would make the house more comfortable. "

"Lovely cottage on a pretty lake. The lake is not that small, but farily quiet with very few boats (I did not see any motorboats at all, even electric ones—just kayas and pedal boats). The property comes with access to a nice beach down the road, but we never bothered—we just stepped in off the dock or off our SUP. "
