No air-conditioning which concerned us when we booked but it didn't get very hot while we were there so it wasnt needed anyway. Highly recommended 👌"

"The Bungalow Sawtell was superb...my wife and I couldn't have wished for more. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of multiple cafes and restaurants and directly across the road from the beach. Craig, our host, was very personable and informative.
