It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers. "

"This resort is in a beautiful cliff side location with rocky beach access and a beautiful pool and restaurant overlooking the sea and pool. Villa rooms are sea front. The property shows its age. Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again.
