HUGE REMODELED KITCHEN! COZY!
Shiawassee Chalet is located on a quiet little cul-de-sac with only 535 steps to the beautiful Crystal Mountain Resort. Close to lakes, rivers, and beaches. 26 miles to Traverse City. Come stay and bike, golf, canoe, and explore in the summer and downhill ski, cross-country ski, and much more in the winter. It really is a dream to just sit and relax, and make memories with your loved ones.

Please note: The home does NOT have central air; it is cooled by electric fans and the windows only.

Golf Trip
Two night trip experiencing some of the local golf courses. House was great for our purposes, nice kitchen with all necessary features and we enjoyed the back deck and outdoor living space.

Perfect celebration spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my son’s engagement with our family and his fiancé’s family. The house was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our group of 8. We enjoyed the back deck and bonus room, the large kitchen island, and a bonfire in the evening. We’ll definitely book again!

Very clean, well appointed property. Location is exceptional for skiing at Crystal Mountain. We had such a great experience! Only thing that was missing was a hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Great ski house
This is a fantastic property for your ski trip to Crystal Mountain. A quick 2 min drive to the main ski lot. You could walk it if you didn't mind carrying all of your ski gear. The house had everything we needed. We look forward to staying again!

Property is updated. Great kitchen with large island and updated appliances (Nice stove/open) for making meals. Very clean. Fully stocked. An easy walk to the resort, but a bit long if in ski gear. Overall amazing place, enjoyed and would 100% book again.

Great locations and amenities
Visited Crystal Mountain for a Bike Race. The location of the property was great and was an easy walk to the venue. Inside the properly everything was perfect. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to ensure that our stay was excellent. Having a room with 2 beds worked out perfectly for one of the families that joined. Even took advantage of the Grill. Definitely would recommend.

Close to the slopex
The property is located in the Crystal Club area at a walking distance from the slopes. We enjoyed our stay and would have liked to return. However, after checking out we were told by the property manager that we had brought a dog with us because they found an empty dog bag and dog hair on the ottoman. This was an unpleasant and unexpected accusation because we do not own a dog (never have). Most likely the house was not as cleaned as it should have been. Next time we return to Crystal, we will stay elsewhere and save ourselves some underserved grief.
