Features to note:
* All three bedrooms are upstairs. Primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second room has a queen and third bedroom has two singles.
* There is a Smart T.V. in each room and one in the living room.

All three rooms are upstairs. As you walk up the stairs the primary bedroom is on your right with a king bed, a desk and ensuite bathroom.
There is a full bathroom directly at the top of the stairs. Both guest bedrooms are across from each other to the left of the stairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.
There is a guest house that is also a short term rental if you are interested in renting it if you need to sleep two more. Both units are completely separate.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
