When my husband arrived they told him they did not have a room for him and would not charge him. They kept his money and would not return it. He had to find another place to sleep. Multiple calls to the property and they are still stealing him money. Definitely do not ever give this place your credit card info. He was down there to help with hurricane relief.

The Expedia booking I made wasn’t in their computer due to loss of WiFi from the hurricane. Leaving myself and 6 children figuring out where to sleep at 11 pm. The one room we were able to get was one king bed in a room that had recently been painted and was dirty. I am completely dissatisfied with both Expedia and the travelers inn

I called Expedia telling them I was candy stay and that this was thee most horrific dirty filthy place I’ve ever seen!!! That they should take them off of there site. We booked it because we had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton when arriving after 9 hour drive they said we would have to pay cash that the web site always over books them and that the room was missing a mattress that would have to be replaced!

After a 9 hour road trip greet with we not honoring any reservations they had plenty of electricity said no internet no just move on at 930pm, looked like a p parking lot party, sit basically on truck stop property, the few minutes we were there semi noise and party noises we probably better off

I did not get to stay. We drove 10 hours just to be told they had no rooms available even though I had already paid with my credit card on line. Some guy that supposedly ran the office wouldn’t even let us into the office. And then he told me they had no rooms available. Because they were letting people pay cash to stay there. Cus they said they had no way to validate my reservation. They tried to say they didn’t have internet service. But every business around they didn’t have a problem with theirs. So we had to sit in our car for about 2 hours until Expedia found us a hotel to stay in. We had gone to Georgia for a funeral. And all the stress from not having a room or place to stay was very aggravating. And plus they had people living in the rooms. And there was bugs crawling everywhere outside. So even though all this happened. I am glad that we had to go somewhere else. It was very nasty.

I went to check inn and And they were fully book and had no rooms and had not had rooms for weeks. expedia still took my money and never stayed their and had to go get a room a hour away bc of Expedia not doing their job I will be getting my money back.

Whole property is Disgusting and full of homeless vagrants roaming around and rain water was pouring into my room and there were cigarette burns all over everything and trash left from previous tenants never stay there trust me it should be demolished

When I arrived, they had no rooms available. After I confirmed that I had a paid reservation, the attendant commented, "Well, they didn't pay me." Terrible customer service at a questionable hotel.
