Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Centrally located and only a few minutes to downtown for 5 star restaurants and shopping. Primary suite with queen bed and second bedroom with a twin daybed with trundle under it. Enjoy your mornings or evenings either on the front porch or back porch. Located in a well established neighborhood feel free to take stroll around the neighborhood also. 36 miles to FSU & Famu campus and 45 miles to VSU campus. No animals are allowed.

grateful for rescue
Sadly, my 102 year old father died while I was on a trip that culminated devastation caused by hurricane Helene. My husband and I had to make last-minute lodging reservations and Gene graciously helped us secure this delightful little cottage with a lovely neighbor who also provided much needed assistance. This little cottage was a gem for us in a very turbulent time in our lives! Many thanks!
