"This little place was perfect for my husband & I. We were in Winston Salem meeting friends and needed a litle efficiency place for a couple of nights. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of coffee supplied, good size refrigerator and the host was wonderful to work with. There is no stove or oven, but we weren't looking for one. Would definitely stay again!! "

"It was very nice overall; I personally didn’t care for the curtains - I wish they’d had ones that weren’t sheer it would’ve made me feel more comfortable with privacy - but overall it was a very lovely stay ! My baby girl LOVED the loft area . The art and decor was beautiful. The location was perfect for the event I attended at the coliseum; we didn’t get to visit the park in the neighborhood but if I ever stay again we will be sure to make time for that because it was so cute !! "Knowing nothing about the city, I was thrilled with the location of this charming apartment. We left our town temporarily after Helene, and it was great to park the car and walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host made it easy to arrive; the info and keys we needed were right where he said. The decor and arrangements are accurate reflected by the photos in the listing. We stayed a week, worked remotely, and felt pleased with the stay."

"There is some work that needs to be done to this property. Seal on toilet needs fixed, it leaks. Because of the leak the floor has rotted underneath the linoleum and sewage seeped up. The place is furnished nicely. Once the bathroom is taken care of we would recommend it."

"Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV.
