Located in a quiet side street, the 87 m² first-floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a large living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a bathroom and an additional toilet. The cozy apartment thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room for shared use, and a total of 3 satellite TVs. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast in the shared garden area. Comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided.

In the climatic health resort Tholey you will find several small shops and bakeries within 7 minutes on foot (600 m). In addition, a pharmacy in only a 3-minute walk (300 m), a swimming pool only 1.5 km or 22 minutes on foot away. Several restaurants can be reached in 7 to 12 minutes on foot. The Benedictine Abbey of St. Mauritius Tholey is considered one of the oldest monastic foundations on German soil. In addition, many other leisure activities are possible in the village. The village has two highway connections which are about 2 km from the vacation apartment. Trier, Saarbrücken and Luxembourg are about 45 minutes away by car.

Wir sind ganzjährig in vielen FeWo`s unterwegs. Das Einchecken war problemlos, es war jemand vor Ort. Ferienwohnung nicht wie beschrieben im 1. Stock, sondern im EG. Wohnung entspricht nicht den Fotos. Wohnung aus einzelnen Möbeln zusammen gestückelt, hat bis auf die Schlafzimmer, den Charme der 50er Jahre. Wohnung ziemlich verwohnt, Türen abgeplatzt, Fußleisten ebenfalls. Boden sieht ebenfalls nicht so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Schlafzimmer waren ok. Die Küche war ein Desaster. Cerankochfeld verdreckt, voller Fettrückstände. Bestecke teilweise noch mit Essensresten und Ölresten. Keine Beschreibung wie man die nicht saubere Microwelle nutzen kann. Ebenso keine Übersicht, wie der Fernseher nutzbar ist und welche Programme zu empfangen sind. In vielen Ecken, so in den der Heizung, war nicht gereinigt, Spinnweben und anderes Getier vorgefunden. Diese Wohnung ist in dem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen.

Kurzaufenthalt Am Schaumberg
Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in Tholey und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Bad und Küche hätten eine etwas gründlichere Reinigung erfahren können ... vielleicht waren wir aber auch seit längerer Zeit die ersten Gäste und es war etwas eingestaubt. Für eine Nacht war es aber alles völlig in Ordnung.
