"Hotel staff were very insensitive to our problems. Water was available only for few hours. Heater was leaking. Faucet was lying on the floor. Heater was not provided. WiFi was not working"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the riverside walk, and markets. There is also a nice small monastery opposite the hotel. The staff is so friendly, and the food is wonderful. "

"unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel."
