"Had an amazing time staying here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Honestly, it felt like a home rather than an apartment hotel. Host was super nice and responsive, made everything easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again! "

"We were in New Haven for a concer. The property was close to everything we wanted to do. Spent our first afternoon in the backyard sitting area which was very nice. The owner Martin and his Wife were great hosts and were full of great suggestions. Would definitely consider a stay there again if visiting New Haven. "

"We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people."

"Last morning of my son's stay the family woke to find the house in flood water and his car, parked in the designated parking space, submerged to the windows in sea water. The tow truck couldn't get near, and the family was marooned for 5 hours until the water suddenly vanished: it seems the storm drains the property were blocked. The car was totaled. "Regardless of the reason you're visiting the Yale, New Haven area this is a great base - parking (if you need), easy access to Yale whether walking or by car, and close to everything you need for a great stay. "We really enjoyed our stay. Beds, linens, towels all super comfortable. Kitchen bright and useful. Bathrooms spotless. 2 minute walk to cute beach. Tons of stuff to do in the area. Great, private backyard well appointed with portable fire pit, grill, furniture. Lots of kid games and books and puzzles in house. Need functional carbon monoxide detector. "
