"I can’t recommend Hyatus highly enough! Every time we visit Yale, we choose to stay in one of their apartments. This particular unit is perfect if you’re traveling with a group and need the extra space and additional beds. If it’s just the two of us, we usually opt for their cozy one-bedroom apartment. Either way, the combination of price, location, and amenities is unbeatable!"

"We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people."

"Last morning of my son's stay the family woke to find the house in flood water and his car, parked in the designated parking space, submerged to the windows in sea water. The tow truck couldn't get near, and the family was marooned for 5 hours until the water suddenly vanished: it seems the storm drains the property were blocked. The car was totaled. Host was slow to realize the gravity of the flood and concerned only that she had another family arriving: she said it was an act of God, not her...

"Stayed here to visit nearby family over the holiday. What a cute spot! The farm setting outside and cozy touches inside made this a comfortable and quiet place to recharge. The bed, living room, fireplace were so comfy, and extra amentities like toiletries and coffee were so appreciated. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and gracious. Hope to stay here again! "

"The apartment was spacious, clean, walking distance from cafes and a gourmet market. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions, add more seating to the living room, pick up fluffy soft white towels from IKEA that can be washed and don't fade. Add towel rack or hooks in bathroom. "We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time. "

"Regardless of the reason you're visiting the Yale, New Haven area this is a great base - parking (if you need), easy access to Yale whether walking or by car, and close to everything you need for a great stay. The suite is comfortably appointed and has great natural light, even on days that may seem dreary. Those big windows really help you feel like you're at home! "Very clean apartment, easy remote check-in, responsive host, great location. We were traveling to visit family with our adult daughter and son. The second bedroom bed, where our daughter slept, is small. Our son slept on the hide-a-bed (couch bed) in the main room. The bathroom is small but no complaints--great shower pressure and hot water for all of us. "
