"Lovely overnight stay. Small room and en-suite but fine for one night. Good buffet breakfast had everything we needed. Good location for bars, shops and restaurants but not noisy. We didn’t have a car, but the public car park was 5 minutes away. We will stay there again."

"Amazing, great little hotel in the city centre of Cherbourg. Nice to have a private car park onsite, but beware the parking space are limited and the parking bay are quite small and narrow. Other then that, the bedroom and bathroom is nice size and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who coming to Cherbourg"

"Hotel rooms were comfortable, the window shutters are great. The restaurant serves a regional menu, including regional beers. The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town. The town is close enough to walk if you want alternative options for food."

"We were on a day trip to Cherbourg so only stayed for one night but we can highly recommend the hotel for its location and the friendliness of its staff. Our family room had everything we needed, with three beds being provided as requested. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and clean. The location is perfect and we received some excellent recommendations of places to eat. Not related to the hotel but Cherbourg itself - we expected there to be more cafes/bars...

"Stayed for three nights, the entire property is gorgeous, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the owners are very nice and welcoming. Grandcamp-Maisy is a very nice town and the food and staff at Restaurant de la Marée is seriously top notch, lots to do in the surrounding area as well."

"Needed a place to stay last minute as i was too tired to put up my tent on a motorcycle tour in France. I was delighted to find this accommodation, which was a nice drive both through country lanes but also accessible from the main roads. The reception staff, Fabien and Anne Lyse were very welcoming, helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. "We had a wonderful stay at the gite for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect place to visit the ehole of west Normandy includung Bayeux. It is close to the sea and to the village of Urville, where the local supermarket Utile had everyting you need and has great opening hours. The gite itself is cosy and the fact that it is near the castke with great gardens is an absolute plus.
